Return Policies & Procedure
Customers can return an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, or any item with missing parts. If the product is damaged, the customer must report the issue to both the delivery company and Duramectin within 3 days of delivery. For all other issues, returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: We cannot resolve issues reported after 7 days from delivery. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Once a return is approved, the customer will receive a return shipping label via email. The customer must print the label and attach it to the package. Our designated shipping partner will contact the customer and arrange pickup from the original delivery address. The customer is responsible for handing over the parcel with the product and label to the courier. There are no additional charges for the return.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in clean, unused, and resalable condition.
- The original packaging must be intact, including the brand/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, user manual, and warranty card.
- All accessories and free items included with the product must be returned.
- The customer must contact our support team to report the issue with a damaged or defective item.
- Photos and videos showing the issue, along with a brief description, must be provided to help us investigate.
Refund Policies & Procedures
Refunds are only processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse. The decision to issue a refund will be based on our investigation team’s assessment.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The timeline may vary depending on your bank’s policies. For UCredit refunds, the balance will reflect in your account within 24 to 48 hours.

Customs, Duty Taxes, VAT Refunds
In cases of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, or missing parts:
- If customs, duties, or VAT were prepaid through Duramectin, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
- If they were not prepaid, the refund will be provided as UCredit only.
Please note: Customs duties, VAT, and other taxes are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions or sales cannot be returned, even if defective. Please shop carefully during sales events.
